Museum shop
In the museum shop of the Tropenmuseum you will find a large selection of music, literature, travel and cookbooks, catalogues, clothing, jewelery and much more from different corners of the world.
You can buy small gifts or artefacts from Africa, South America, the Middle East and Asia.
Often the selection is complemented with items that are connected with temporary exhibitions in the museum. Visit the online webshop to get an impression of the selection.
Opening hours
Tuesday to Friday from 10 am – 5 pm.
Saturday, Sunday from 11 am - 5 pm.
The museum shop is in the museum and is only accesible with a valid entrance ticket. The shop accepts PIN/Visa/American Express/Mastercard/Maestro and cash geld.
Keep in mind that the shop can be closed between 12 pm and 1 pm for lunch.
