Waste is a major problem worldwide. Beaches are strewn with rubbish. Where does all that plastic come from? The exhibition takes you on a trip to the Marshall Islands, under threat from climate change, and the plastic-littered beaches of Bali. And among all this rubbish there’s something for you… a message in a bottle! Like real beachcombers we’ll collect all the plastic bottles and read the letters written by artist Made Bayak, Greenpeace and fellow pupils. Subsequently you’ll be asked to compose a message in a bottle for the next school group.
