A coronavirus entry pass is not mandatory anymore since 25 February.
- Online booking in advance is no longer mandatory, but to ensure a smooth flow at the entrance, we do recommend that you reserve your tickets online in advance.

Take your ticket(s) to the museum printed or on your smartphone. Your Museumcard (or other discount cards and passes) also needs to be checked.

In the museum you can only pay with pin or mobile payment.

Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent.

Upon arrival you can use the antibacterial gel. Furthermore, where necessary, a fixed walking route has been established and soap and paper towels are available on all toilets.

To make use of the audiovisual equipment in the museum you can bring your own headphones or buy one at the reception (€0,50).

Wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory inside the museum.

The basic measures remain in the museum. Wash your hands thoroughly and often. Stay at home in case of COVID symptoms.
What do we ask of you?

Do not come to the museum if you or your roommates have a cold or flu. You are welcome if you and your roommates are free of complaints for at least 24 hours.

Did you already buy tickets and are you no longer able to come on that day due to complaints? Send an email to info@tropenmuseum.nl and we will help you move to another day.

Don't shake hands; cough and sneeze inside your elbow and use paper towels.

Wash your hands before and after your visit to the museum and use the disinfectant gel when entering the museum.

Pay with pin or contactless (pin or mobile).
